Research leader with 7 years of experience driving end-to-end mixed-methods research — from longitudinal diary studies, ethnographic observation, and in-depth interviews to survey development, conjoint/MaxDiff, and multilevel modeling — across enterprise software, generative and agentic AI, and internal tools for large-scale technology companies (such as ServiceNow and Blizzard Entertainment). Proven track record of framing ambiguous problem spaces into strategic research programs, shaping roadmap and investment decisions, presenting to executive stakeholders, and building research practices.
Experienced partnering with global, cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing) across North America, Europe, and Asia. Skilled in delivering exec-ready narratives that drive decisions, framing ambiguous business problems into clear decision options and tradeoffs, and translating findings into recommendations that shape roadmaps and investment decisions.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
● Named talent acquisition the BU's top market opportunity by distilling 13 studies (340 participants) and 27 analyst reports; ServiceNow acquired a TA product that year.
● Defined the AI Steward persona and approval workflow via 12 interviews with governance leaders, shaping capabilities shipped in AI Control Tower (2025)
● Led early-adopter and governance research behind AI Agent Studio and AI Control Tower - both beat 2025 net-new ACV targets
● Put 8 critical value metrics on the AI Value dashboard roadmap by running a severity-ranked meta-analysis of agentic-value research, 3 of them flagged critical to unblock customer deployment
What I can do
- Lead strategic, mixed-method research end-to-end: From foundational discovery to longitudinal field studies to evaluative usability and quantitative measurement (attitudinal surveys, MaxDiff, conjoin, behavioral analytics).
- Scale research practice with AI tooling without sacrificing rigor: Architecting human-in-the-loop workflows across Claude, Copilot, Figma Make for synthesis, analysis, and prototyping.
- Enable PMs, designers, and engineers to do better research themselves: Through study-design coaching, voice-of-the-customer programming, office hours, and peer review.
- Champion responsible AI in practice: Contributing to organizational handbooks, defining ethical checkpoints, and translating responsible-AI principles into day-to-day research operations.
Who I am
Outside of work, I am an aspiring novelist, certified yoga teacher, and trail runner. The through-line of my interests is the ability to hold patient attention, while remaining flexible and adaptable to whatever comes my way.
I’m a lifelong learner with a 1,842-day Duolingo streak (and counting) and an enduring soft spot for any tool that helps people achieve their goals.
I live in San Diego, CA with my husband and two girls and I am happiest when I am sitting outside with a book and a piping hot cut of coffee.
